Mission Statement
It shall be the intent of the First Year Council to serve as a student-based hall government for Urness Hall and First-Year students. First Year Council strives to provide social programs for first-year residents and also to work collectively to change building/facility aspects to better serve Urness/Anderson Hall residents.
